IQF Frozen fruit w/Metal detector

 

  • Custom Built  FBW Fill-By-Weight System to fill IQF frozen orange sacs (vesicles) into the 10 litre pails for commercial distribution.
     
  • The primary vibratory feeders are fitted with vibrating screens to sift & cull out any fines or stems.
  • Product is fed directly from the liquid nitrogen freezer tunnel in the cold room to the packaging floor.
     
  • Sanitary Stainless Steel construction for ease of cleaning & sanitizing.
     
  • Washdown Duty Scale & Control Panel.
