The mixer assemblies are mounted to the VFD Variable Speed drive motor with a Triclamp mounting system that enables the mixing element to be removed for cleaning & sanitation. Mixer assemblies are fully interchangeable. The mixer drive can be tilted up to allow for easy access for cleaning the interior of the kettle. |
Mixer Options Available:
| Sweep Scraper System with UHMW or Teflon scraper blades to move thick products off the sidewall of the kettle for even heating of the mass ;  |
Smoothing Blades for gentle Low Shear, Low Velocity transfer of thick products to the piston filler mounted directly under the EHMK Triclamp outlet.
