• Sanitary Transfer Pump - Maintain product level in hoppers w/level controls. Set to Auto-Recycle Mode the SDS Metering Pump is a versatile, self priming, easy to clean,                          sanitary transfer pump.

The mobile floor stand is designed to straddle conventional 200 litre steel or plastic drums. The compact SDS-100-P metering pump can be mounted on a heavy duty shelf or racking. Couple the pump inlet to the suction tube and the self priming SDS pump will draw the product up into the pump for metering directly into the container.

• Interchangeable Pump heads & Nozzle assemblies

The ultimate in versatility. One common pump drive enables filling a wide variety of flowable products. Thin liquids to pastes & products with solid inclusions can all be filled with the  same machine. Fast changeovers from one style of product to another.  

   NOTE: The SDS-1000-P pump is a pneumatically operated unit suitable for filling volatiles. For use in hazardous locations with appropriate grounding, venting & regulatory compliance to ensure safe operation.
