Control circuitry is mounted into a NEMA 4 corrosion resistant Thermoplastic Resin enclosure with the following features:

• LED Display for scale set point & final fill check.
• Automatic self-tare circuit to compensate for weight of container.
• Choice of pound or kilogram scale calibration
• Dual scale set points for 2 stage Bulk & Fine Fill for precise fill cut-off.
• 2 x dry contact outputs will interface with the VFD pump controls.
• ON-OFF Main power switch 110 volt operation c/w cordset
• Selector Switch for MANUAL or
  AUTOMATIC operation
• START FILL & CRASH STOP Pushbuttons
• Model MSB-30  Washdown Duty 30 kg Tedea load cell Scale base with Stainless Steel platform fitted with removable PVC conveyor rollers for ease of cleaning.  

• R-J Model QT-XP 1 1/2” Quick Take-Apart positive acting shut-off nozzle with 1 1/2” Saniclamp inlet connection.
• Adjustable height nozzle support bracket  to suit the containers.
• Stainless Steel  floor stand with leveling pads to support  the scale base, control panel, filling nozzle & lid presser.
• Overall size is 5  ft long x 24” wide.
• The 19” wide PVC roller conveyor for  smooth transfer of the filled containers to the PLP Pneumatic Lid  Pressing Station.
• R-J Model PLP Pneumatic Lid Pressor  c/w custom mounting to suit positioning on deck of the roller conveyor system includes spring loaded air actuator lever with air filter, regulator & oiler.
