R-J Model FBW- TDF5K-C Conveyorized Fill-By-Weight System to fill 1,000 litre Totes

or 4 X 200 litre  drums on pallets.   System is equipped as follows:

• 48” x 48” Mettler-Toledo 5,000 lb capacity Load Cell scale base with Stainless Steel 
  Hermetically sealed Load cells

3 X Powered Conveyors for Tote & Pallet transfer

1) Empty Tote Infeed Roller:

• 8 Ft. Long X 59” overall effective width plus motor/gearbox footprint
• 6” Roller centers with  2-1/2” diameter rollers all chain driven.
• Top mounted 1 H.P., 575/3/60 TEFC motor/gearbox with VFD control
• Adjustable supports to suit 12” elevation

2) Filling Station Scale  Conveyor:

• 5 Ft. Long X 59” overall effective width plus motor/gearbox footprint
• Conveyor specifications same as Conveyor #1 
• Mettler Toledo 5,000 lb capacity Load Cell scale base

3) Filled Tote Accumulation

• 8 Ft. Long X 59” overall effective width plus motor/gearbox footprint
• Conveyor specifications same as Conveyor #1

NEMA-12 Floor Console Main control panel to incorporate the following:

• Panel mount  Digital Weight Indicator with set point display and final weight display with 
  2 stage bulk/fine fill sequences to ensure fill accuracy.
• Switch gear to select Automatic and Manual fill functions and initiate container transfers
• Embedded controller for operating sequences
• 3 Variable Frequency Drive speed controllers for conveyors
• 3 X Sensors to verify tote position on scale bed and accumulation conveyor

R-J Model QT-XP-1 1/2” Positive acting shut-off nozzle

• XP External Poppet style positive acting shut-off nozzle 2” Triclamp inlet
• Burkert angle seat valve with an adjustable close position to allow for the flow to be reduced 
  during the Fine Fill sequence.
• The nozzle is mounted onto a maneuverable jib assembly to enable positioning and locking 
  the nozzle in place for the fill cycle.
• The nozzle positioning and operating controls are mounted on the operating hand grip for ease 
  of access and maneuvering the nozzle assembly from drum to drum or tote entry port.
• Kamlock  quick disconnect to couple the nozzle to the client’s bulk supply pumping loop.
