Bag-In-Box SQ8 Multi-component fills for winemaking juice

• A recipe is entered into the computer to allow a custom blend from a selection of 8 different grape juices for winemaking kits.
•  Each juice is filled by weight on a sequential basis to create a custom blend.
• Sanitary pinch valves on each nozzle allow for clean drip-free filling.
• Slide track to transfer the bag through the 3 stations.

# 1 • Fill station for addition of preservative with a Hibar precision             piston filler.

# 2 • Juice filling station mounted over a precision scale base.
      • Based on the recipe, each juice is added sequentially.
      • Nozzles are mounted on a pneumatic shuttle to access all 8           nozzles.

# 3 • Cap sealing pneumatic press station.
